Hear this flute in action:
Here we have a special canary wood alternating drone Singing Tree flute that was made in 2009! The original buyer of this flute did not play it, and decided to part with it and send it back to us. This flute has a beautiful bear paw turquoise inlay with turquoise inlay accent bands and our original Singing Tree hand signed logo and year date rather than our logo stamp that we use today. Miguel refurbished this flute, added a pinky hole, and made sure it was good as new. Truly a beautiful piece.
It has a smaller mouthpiece and a special cork plug that both allow for easier playability. The cork plug allows you to plug the drone side hole without using your fingers, which is a great tool for beginners learning to play the Native American Style Flute. The smaller mouthpiece can also be more comfortable for some players.
This flute is in the key of low E which produces a deep, soulful, resonate tone that can be incredibly grounding, calming, and peaceful. The slow and low vibrations and melodies combined with the continuous hum of the background drone are naturally suited for relaxation, sound healing, meditation, and stress relief.
