Processing Times

All "In-Stock" items will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after receiving your order. "Made-to-Order" items can take up to 1 year or more to create. Simpler flutes such as our beginner & no frills series' may take 30-90 days or more. Please allow this much time before expecting your flute to be shipped, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include tracking information. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

US Shipping: 

We generally ship with USPS priority mail (1-3 day) or UPS 3 day, inside the U.S. Prices range based on weight and cost of item. Shipping rates will be calculated in checkout.

Local Pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup near Yacolt, WA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared (see processing details above). We will send you an email when your order is ready. At this point, email miguel@singingtreeflutes.com to coordinate a pickup time and location.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping all over the world. We use USPS priority mail or DHL Express to get you your items.

Canada: Generally shipping rates to Canada are $50. Specific charges of your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International: Generally shipping rates to non-US or Canada countries are $65+. Specific charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Singing Tree Flutes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the shipping status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
