This Contra Bass G/C Aeolian Drone Flute is a very unique aeolian drone flute in C 440hz, with contra bass G drone. This flute has an Aromatic Cedar body with Buckeye Burl sound blocks, end caps and cork. The Cork adds a special feature which allows for this to drone at C . The video describes this in more detail. We are offering this for a limited time as a Made To order Option. And although the wait time is 10 months to a year currently, It's a great opportunity to add a fabulous bass drone flute to your collection! We will offer it in G#/C#, G/C, or F#/B
This drone flute flute is very special because it is end-blown, and has a manageable finger spread for most experienced players, but still has the contra bass tone droning while the bass melody is being played.
SPECS: Approximate Length is 37", 1 1/4" bore, Maximum finger spacing(holes 2 and 3, center to center) =1 5/8". Distance from mouth to first hole = 21"
