This is the first time I have tuned a bamboo flute in the North American Indigenous scale, taught to me by the late Kevin Locke, a world renowned flute player,story teller and hoop dancer. I’m surprised at how similar this flute sounds to the old traditional flutes that I’ve heard. What a beautiful piece! Age,and torch cured, this bamboo flute is dense, durable , and has a special sound ! It produces a vibrant and heart felt mid ranged tone.

SPECS: Length is 24", 7/8" bore.

Distance for mouth to first hole is 17", Max finger spread is 1 3/8"(holes 5 and 6, center to center of each hole)
