Here is a fabulous new design by Singing Tree Flutes! A Native American style Drone flute, in Aeolian minor with a total of 8 playing holes. Accent wood is canarywood, we no longer have pink ivory for endcaps, you can choose between purple heart or maple. It is still considered an alternating drone, the melody side of the flute still plays the standard aeolian minor melody, with 1.5 octave range, but the drone side plays a total of 5 notes... (E) A, B C  and High E (Overblow), that can be changed to drone through the whole melody. This flute uses all 5 fingers on the left hand, but is quite comfortable and easy to manage! It is made of cedar, in the key of E Aeolian. The sound is out of this world!. Refer to the video for a sound sample.

SPECS: Length is  24", 7/8" bore, Maximum finger spacing(holes 2 and 3, center to center) =1 3/8". Distance from mouth to first hole = 20"

This item is Made to Order. This means that once you order, we create a flute in the same key, wood, style and accents. It is NOT the exact flute you see in the images, but we do our best to keep it as similar as possible. Please allow 30 -60 days for our beginner and no-frills flutes. Sometimes we are able to complete orders sooner, but please allow 60-180 days to complete more complex Made to Order items. Time needed to complete your flute varies by order volume, wood availability and complexity of your flute.

Thank you!
