The body of this handcrafted wood flute is Claro Walnut, one of the highest quality of walnut available!. The mouth piece, accent stripe and flat fetish are of ebony. The cross tied fringe, feathers and beads are an eye catching addition, but only to accent this gorgeous eagle head with taxidermy eyes. The woodburn art is another beautiful addition as well. I think this is the most exstensive carved eagle flutes I've done. This flute was actually made for a good friend of mine, flute player and story teller, Amurante Montez. He is in need right now so I am selling this flute for him, so you'll be supporting a good cause with this purchase. The owner of this flute will know it as soon as they see it I'm sure!
